In 'my week in pictures' I will let you have a look into my life on a weekly basis. Most of these pictures will be taken with my phone, because I bring that everywhere.
This was a pretty interesting week, because it was the week of Thanksgiving! On Monday my neck was still bothering me and I only slept for about 3 hours, so I decided to go to the pharmacy that morning, because I really needed a good night sleep the next night. I didn't go to the gym this week, because of my neck, so hopefully that will be better next week. This Tuesday wasn't a long day as usual, because my host parents didn't have to go to their class, so I was off at the normal time, so I started packing my bag, because I would go to Natasha's place on Wednesday evening.
Wednesday morning my host mom had surgery on her leg, which meant I had to start at 6.00am... I went to bed around 12.00am, and then I woke up from a text around 2.00am... When I finally went back to sleep I woke up way too early again and I eventually got out of bed at 5.30am, so much for a good night sleep. The good thing about this was that I finished at 2.00pm, so I went to Natasha straight after work. There was a lot of traffic on the road and a lot of people on the train, so we finally got to her house at 6.30pm. I was staying there for Thanksgiving, and we were going to do the turkey, bread, mashed potatoes and a Dutch apple pie. So in the evening we started to prepare the turkey for the next day and put it in the fridge, we went to bed around 1.00/2.00am.

The next morning I got up at 9.00am and we started cooking. First the turkey, then the potatoes, and she did the bread and I made the applie pie. After everything was done we had a few hours left before the other people arrived, so Natasha was going to do my make up, which was really fun. Dinner started at 4.00pm, and we had way too much food, everyone had about one plate and was completely full... The 'Black Friday' shopping started at 6.00pm, but we decided to go later. We were both very tired, so we had a power nap for about 45 minutes before we went shopping. We basically shopped for 6,5 hours straight, because I had to take a train back early in the morning, we figured it would be best to stay awake till I had to catch the train, so that's what we did. I fell a sleep in the train for about 45 minutes, and then when I got home I had to work at 10.00am.
Friday was Thanksgiving dinner number 2 for me, because my host parents where doing the dinner on Friday. It was really nice and I had some more Turkey, but again one plate was more then enough and now we can probably eat Turkey for the rest of the week. I went to bed at 10.30pm and fell asleep watching Youtube videos, I didn't wake up till 2.00pm on Saturday haha. Not that crazy because I slept for about 2 hours in the last 36 hours.
I hadn't planned anything on Saturday because I figured I would be tired, so I went to library and I worked at 6.00pm, that was about all I did.

| SPCA Puppies :) |
Sunday was another day of sleeping in, I woke up at 1.00pm... I was meeting Sandra downtown, because she wanted to look at the SPCA puppies at Macy's. She is a volunteer at the SPCA since a few weeks, so she was excited to see it, and they where so cute! Then we went to look at the ice skating and Christmas tree. I had a Groupon from the Body Shop, so we went there and I got some nice body butters, we walked around for a little bit longer and then went home.
This was my week, next week I will start with the Blogilates 12 week meal plan and start exercising more regularly, so hopefully I can pull trough this time. What did you do the past week?

Oh gosh that seems so much fun! I wish we'd celebrate thanksgiving here!
