Food diary: 2 October 2014

Lately I'm really into eating healthier and excessing more. It's a process, but I feel like I'm getting a bit more healthy everyday. It's not perfect and I do believe you shoot enjoy some less healthy food every now and then as well. Sometimes I slip up, but just try to get back on track as soon as possible. Today I'm going to show you what I ate on a random day, so let's have a look.





For breakfast I had some porridge with apple, raisins, walnuts, cinnamon and honey.


As a snack I had a smoothie with Greek yoghurt, orange juice, banana, cucumber, strawberries and honey.


Lunch was quinoa with salmon and some vegetables. Lunch was a bit late and dinner was early so I didn't have a snack.


Dinner was green beans, baked potatoes, ham with mushroom source and applesauce.



Dessert was some Greek yoghurt with strawberry flavor.


I also had an apple muffin.


Later I was still a little bit hungry so I had carrots with hummus and a 'krentenbol'.
