My week in pictures #28

In 'my week in pictures' I will let you have a look into what's going on in my life. Every week I will try not to forget to take pictures and show you what's happening. Monday started out pretty healthy, I had an omelet for the first time in ages, I kind of forgot how much I like eggs ;) I didn't really do anything special on monday, and in the evening I had a little visitor in my room. Don't worry I let him out ;)

This was actually a pretty boring week, as I didn't have much to do and mostly applied for jobs. In the evening I Skyped with my mom while looking at bikes. I talk to my mom pretty much every week, but somehow we also talk for over an hour even if we didn't do anything special haha. What do you think about the bike?

Wednesday I had a job interview for a nanny job. I spend about 2 hours at the families house, just talking and everything went great. Until they send me an email a few hours later saying they decided they wanted a live in au pair instead that could work more hours. And they didn't feel comfortable for met to travel to their house for 30 minutes... This was after I was contacted by them, and they new all this upfront, so that was a bit of a waste of time. The family was really nice though, it just sucks that now I still don't have a job. In the evening I met two other girls in the city and we went to see 50 Shades of Grey, I did like it, but I felt like it was a bit slow compared to the books...

On Thursday I got an email from the university with a link, so I clicked on it and it turned out I had to fill in all these forms, that I never saw before and they were due the 16th... So I was completely stressed out, filling in the forms and then I realized there was one to order shirts. I needed to fill it in and email it to them, but then I realized I had to actually go to the university, try on a shirt and someone needed to sign off that I tried one, before they would take the order.. Luckily there were still people at uni and I got it figured out, not I just need to do my immunization form... This is a bit more difficult as I'm here and all my medical stuff is in Holland, so I hope I can figure it out soon.

Friday was cyclone day, although we were a bit away from where the cyclone hit, we had three days of rain. Other than that I didn't really notice much of it, luckily ;) This did mean that most of the weekend consisted of staying inside, watching Youtube videos and doing my nails.

Tomorrow my orientation week starts, I'm excited and nervous at the same time. I will try to film and upload the video soon. How was your week?
