1. I'm 5'10 (177cm)

3. I have two younger sisters; Bianca and Laura
4. My parents divorced when I was 9 or 10
5. I'm addicted to Crepes with Nutella
6. I don't really like the Netherlands even if I was born there, I can never see myself living there permanently again. If people I ask me if I miss it, I usually say I miss the people there, but not the country itself.
7. I lived in 4 countries and 3 continents before I turned 20; the Netherlands, England, Australia and the US.
8. My favorite foods are italian and sushi.
9. I never had a boyfriend
10. I love to travel and have no idea how I'm gonna visit all the places I want to see in a lifetime.
12. The first dream I remember was from when I was very little. I still slept in a crib and I dreamed I was sleeping in the same room as my sister Bianca and we were both in a crib. Then the door went open and goats came walking in. I started to cry and my mom came in an chased away all the goats. For a while I was actually convinced this really happened haha, but when I asked my mom and she obviously said it never happened.
13. I'm actually quite shy, that's why people probably never expected me to travel this much on my one. I high school I was always kind of the wall flower. It wasn't like I was bullied or anything like that and I got along with pretty much everyone, but I was always a little bit on the background. Now I still don't like to be in the spotlights, but I find it easier to connect to people now and make new friends, I guess that's what traveling on your own does to you!
14. I'm moving back to Australia in 2014.
15. I live in the US for 7 months now and I only know 1 American, and that's my hostmom. It's really hard to meet American and actually become friend, it's way easier to meet other Au pairs on international people and become friends with them.
16. When I was little I always wanted to be a mermaid when I grew up.
17. After watching Peter Pan, I would open my window before going to bed and put the dvd next to it, because I thought Peter Pan would come and visit me at night and take me out flying.
18. I only have one good friend left back home in Holland, that I talk to regularly. It's hard to keep in touch with people if you live in the other side of the world and it always has to come both ways or it won't work. Unfortunately this wasn't always the case, so I don't have that many friends left back home.
19. Birds freak me out if they come too close.
20. We preformed Grease in the 6th grade (groep 8), it's a Dutch thing that you do a musical in that year. And I was always very shy and quiet in school, but I actually played Rizzo haha, one of the bigger parts and someone who was the complete opposite of me. Maybe that's why I did it, so I could be someone else for a little while.
21. I always wanted a dog, but my parents never let me have one :( I would even walk my rabbit everyday, to prove that I would walk the dog if I had one.
22. I have a pet rabbit back home in Holland, his name is Snicker and he's completely white with blue eyes.
23. It always takes me really long to fall a sleep.
24. My brain doesn't turn off especially at night (might explain number 23), I keep thinking about to much stuff. Even stuff that isn't important at all, maybe I should start meditating or something.
25. I cry watching movies and it can be any kind of movie. I can cry when its sad, or when its happy I don't know why.
26. I like watching documentaries.
27. I never been to a concert (I had tickets for Lady Gaga in New York, but it got canceled).
28. I love to read.
29. Disney movies are awesome!
30. I want to put cheese or apple sauce with almost everything I eat.
31. I never smoked and never will, it's disgusting.
32. When I was about 11 I dyed my hair red and it looked horrible. It was a sort of darkish red but I had a huge orange line at the back of my head and walked around like that for months, thinking it looked good.
33. I get cold really easily.
34. My first job was being a cashier at a supermarket.
35. I'm too lazy to write a diary. I usually start and then after a few weeks a forget about it and give up.
36. I failed my driving test in Holland twice and never tried a third time because I moved here, what a waste of money.
37. I don't like swimming in the sea in Holland, because it isn't clear and I'm always scared that I will step on something like a crab or a jellyfish.
38. I love nail polish and do my nails at least once a week.
39. My favorite Dutch tv show is Goede Tijden Slechte Tijden and I'm still watching back all the episodes online.
40. I had surgery on my foot when I was 15, and spend my 16th birthday with a casket on it. I now have a massive scare on it and the surgery didn't even really work.
41. I have no allergies (as far as I know of).
42. I get really bad migraines, and this really is different than a headache. It usually start with my vision getting really bad and then I get this tingly feeling in my face and mouth, which eventually moves to my hands too. It get's so bad I can't hold things and I can't talk normally anymore either. Luckily I don't have this very often, but I never know when it's coming which sucks.
43. I don't like making phone calls, it freaks me out for some reason.
44. When I was little I once ate something that was over date, and I got really sick, so now I'm kind of obsessed with checking if food is still okay to eat.
45. I stole chewing gum at a supermarket when I was 4.
46. I hate it when people eat with their mouth open.
47. I always try to see the positive side in things, but sometimes I do like to complain a little, just to get it out of my system.
48. I have one tattoo (so far).
49. I still sleep with the stuffed animal my grandma gave me when I was born, because I don't like sleeping alone.
50. I don't get homesick really easily. The only times I was homesick since I was here was during Christmas time, because it was Christmas and I was sick too, so then I missed my mom ;)
