I figured it would be fun to do some tags every now and then so you can get to know me better. I always like to read them on other blogs to and came across this one I really liked. 10 Questions about me, hopefully you enjoy it.

10 Things about myself

1. My favorite foods are pasta and sushi.
2. I'm from Holland, but also lived in England, Australia and currently in the USA, all this happened after I graduated high school in 2010.
3. I want to see as much of the world as possible.
4. Most of the time I'm too lazy to put make up on, unless I'm going out or meeting friends.
5. I have a nail polish addiction.. Don't look surprised if you see me filling up the whole shopping basket if my favorite brand is on sale.
6. I hate buying pants because they never fit right. They are either too short, or too tight or the waist it too low, I hate it!
7. I'm an Au Pair in San Francisco, but have also been an Au Pair in England before.
8. I still sleep with two stuffed animals :)
9. I'm trying to workout more but I always find a reason not to go to the gym.
10. I don't really like going clubbing that often, it's okay for every now and then, but I like to actually be able to have a conversation and hear the other person when I'm meeting up with friends.

8 Things I don't like

1. People that are negative an complaining all the time.
2. Shaving, do I have to say anything more ladies?!
3. Waking up early.
4. Rain
5. People that are mean to kids and animals
6. Brussels sprouts.
7. Not being able to make up my mind.
8. Taking big decisions, sometimes I wish I was five again when the most important thing was to decide what cookie to eat.

7 Places I love to be

1. With friends and/or family. Since I moved around a lot I feel like I have multiple homes on different sides of the world. I learned that no matter where you are when your are surrounded by the right people home can be anywhere.
2. At the beach, although I don't go there often enough.
3. Australia, because it feels like home, even more so than Holland..
4. On the bed snuggling with the babies :)
5. At my mom's house, because that's where I spend most of my life, and off course my mom is there.
6. Zoo's, for some reason I really love them, I still need to go here in SF.
7. In the water, even though I didn't spend that much time in the water, I know realize how much I actually miss it.

6 Ways to win over my heart

1. Honesty, I do not like people who lie to me, and if you do and I find out I probably don't want anything to do with you anymore. Off course there are little lies, but especially big ones are a definite NO NO! And trust me I will find out...
2. Humor, its important to laugh :)
3. Being tall, I'm 5'9 (1.78), so if you're short it's probably not going to work, sorry.. (exceptions can always be made for the right person).
4. Someone who wants to travel. I'm not planning on staying at the same place for the rest of my life and will probably settle down somewhere on the other side of the world, so I need someone who is okay with that.
5. Romantic gestures, maybe I'm old fashioned but I like it if a guy holds open doors and all that stuff, and you should be able to surprise me.
6. Understanding, I think it is important that you understand each other and can see the other persons point of view.
